MCAS facilitates programs and education sessions on things such as budgeting, meal planning, cooking, personal hygiene, home maintenance and tenancy survival.

A b o u t 

Monaro Community Access Service Inc. (MCAS) is funded to deliver and complement the services of Specialist Homelessness Services within the Snowy Monaro Region. MCAS assists people 16 years and over who are experiencing social disadvantage or may be at risk of homelessness.

MCAS is a 'first to know' service that works in partnership with Specialist Homelessness Services and other key agencies supporting people in the community known to be at most risk, for example people experiencing Domestic & Family Violence, rough sleepers, Young People leaving care, people with Mental Health Issues and people living in unsafe conditions.

If you have State Debt we can assist you to reduce this debt through participation in a Work and Development Order through activities, courses or treatment.

MCAS may be able to provide assistance with or refer you for help with electricity/gas bills, sleeping rough packs, hygiene and food packs.
